I went to law school, practiced law for a few years in Santa Fe, then went to medical school at UNM and practiced forensic pathology for thiry years, ending up as a senior deputy medical examiner at the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. I retired in 2018.

Nellie was killed in a car accident in Pojoaque in 1974.  She was a delightful, gentle person, a good example to all of us.
